I worked with an aftermarket automotive group to support depot Managers & Asst Managers in team building, customer engagement & communication.
The objective was to deliver increased revenue growth and increased Customer Service Indexing (C.S.I.)
Working with each of the 6 locations, in collaboration with the Depot Managers, we implemented a new training process, new channels of communication and an awareness of each staff member’s role.
We quickly saw an increase in staff engagement, morale and increased revenue.
Over the 12 week programme all locations reported an increase in sales revenue and staff morale, leading to a 15% increase on the bottom line.
